Can my foldown clothesline be attached to the wall?

Yes it absolutely can. If its a brick wall then make sure you secure the brackets to the bricks and not the mortar. If its in a clad wall then the brackets should line up with the wall studs. If its an older home then the line may need to be trimmed down to suit. This is easy, and if you prefer our installers can do this for you.

Can my foldown clothesline be attached to the fence?

Answer:

Yes it can but it must be fixed to the posts and the fence must be level vertically. All fences have different distances between the posts, so if the distance between the post is greater than the width of the clothesline then it cannot be put on the fence. You will need to use a Austral optional leg kit and make your clothesline a ground mount. Fold down width data is available on the page.

Yes they do but check with your particular make of cover first.

Will the clothesline brace arms wear out?

Absolutely not. Australs simple design of the brace means it will last alot longer than other makes and it has a 10 year guarantee on the whole clothesline including for rust.

Can my ground mount fold down be fitted onto pavers, concrete or tiles?

Yes they can, for concrete and tile there are two options, 1. core drill down into the earth and concrete posts in, 2. buy the optional plate post mont kit. For pavers you can usually pull some up where the leges need to go and then cut the pavers to shope to replace. Other than that you can also core drill through the pavers and concrete the legs in.
