* Hills clothes lines do not declare where their heritage Hoists are made on their website but "Made in China" is declared on the owners manual when you buy the hills heritage hoist even though this information is deleted from the "online" version of the owners manuel.  The "Australian made" inscription has been removed from their heritage hoists. ALL of  their other clothesline styles made by Hills are declared on their website as being made in China in the owners manuel section.
